Stacy Paquet

Stacy Paquet leads Arrowhead Professional, the newly launched practice group within Arrowhead Programs that brings together seven offices and more than 125 underwriting, claims, and operations specialists under one unified platform. Her team manages more than $175 million in gross written premium in 2025 and delivers 16 complementary professional, management, cyber, and financial lines solutions through a single, streamlined access point. The practice group strengthens Arrowhead’s commitment to specialization, underwriting discipline, and long-term carrier alignment while simplifying placement for brokers and improving the customer experience.

Paquet has more than 20 years of experience across professional and management liability. Before joining Nexus in 2019 — where she built its U.S. financial and professional lines business from the ground up and later led Nexus Specialty and Nexus Reinsurance Programs — she spent 11 years as President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Management Liability at OneBeacon Insurance Group. She began her career as an attorney focused on coverage and advisory work and has since held leadership roles spanning claims, product development, underwriting, and strategic program management. Innovation remains central to her work, with a focus on developing solutions that address emerging needs across executive liability, cyber, professional lines, and healthcare.

Paquet holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
