Kadir Edghill

Kadir Edghill oversees financial operations for both Arrowhead Programs and Arrowhead General Insurance Agency, Inc., including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal controls and reporting. He joined Brown & Brown in 2015 as the accounting leader for the Daytona Profit Center and was promoted to director of finance and operations in 2018. In 2023, he became the chief financial officer for Arrowhead Programs and Arrowhead General.

Earlier in his career, Edghill worked for Ernst & Young in external auditing. He holds an active CPA license, a BS in Sport Management and an MBA from Florida State University.
