Adam Nordost works with Arrowhead Programs’ new and existing divisions to determine how best to leverage technology to improve the daily workflows of employees, agents and carrier partners. He focuses on improvements to communication, data tracking and information flow to ensure technology projects are completed quickly, accurately and successfully for both business and technical resources.
Nordost joined Arrowhead in 2002 as a business systems analyst and was promoted to innovation operations manager three years later. In 2008, he became the director of technology services for commercial lines, then quickly expanded into the role of vice president of information systems before becoming chief information officer.
During the past 10 years Nordost has led the implementation of new policy admin and billing systems for six Arrowhead programs and 15 lines of business. He also helped restructure the Information Systems team, creating improved ways of priority scheduling, project tracking and progress reporting.
Nordost looks forward to implementing new technologies and services to ensure Arrowhead is poised for growth with the ability to meet any future technology initiatives.
