Christopher Pesce appointed executive vice president at Arrowhead Programs 

One80 Programs leader joins senior leadership team 

SAN DIEGO – October 7, 2025 – Arrowhead Programs has announced the appointment of Christopher Pesce as executive vice president and member of its senior leadership team. This announcement coincides with the integration of One80 Intermediaries’ programs portfolio into the newly formed programs division of Arrowhead Intermediaries. Previously, Pesce served as divisional president of One80 Programs, where he helped to build and oversee One80’s programs and infrastructure supporting a diverse portfolio of over $1 billion in national program premiums.

Before joining One80 Intermediaries, Pesce was president of Maritime Program Group, executive vice president of Gowrie Group and founder of the insurtech direct bill platform, Bill It Now. He is recognized within the industry as a current member and past president of the advisory board for the Target Markets Program Administrators Association, as well as his previous service as executive committee member for the Independent Insurance Agents Association of CT, producer council for the American Institute of Marine Underwriters, and chairman of the Young Agents Committee.

He will also play a central role in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational infrastructure, and developing innovative program solutions that align with Arrowhead Program’s long-term vision.
