Led by Eric Homer, the practice group will expand strategic insurance solutions for municipalities, school districts and public agencies across the U.S.
SAN DIEGO, March 11, 2026 – Arrowhead Programs today announces the launch of Arrowhead Public Entity, a dedicated practice group that brings together public‑sector specialization across seven established businesses, with a combined gross written premium surpassing $1B in 2025. The practice group structure will create a unified access point to organizational resources, systems, analytics, and specialists, aiming to deliver better results for customers nationwide.
The practice group delivers a wide range of public‑sector coverages, including professional, casualty, property, workers’ compensation, and accident & health, supported by specialized capabilities across direct‑to‑market programs, pools and Self‑Insured Retention (SIR) structure. The integrated operating model of the practice group enables unified business teams to recognize emerging liability and regulatory trends promptly. This approach assists brokers and insureds in proactively preparing to manage risks and costs, while supporting the communities they serve.
“Eric’s reputation as a leader in the public‑entity space is unmatched. By bringing our talented teams together under his leadership, we’re delivering a coordinated strategy that enhances our ability to innovate, expand and meet the complex needs of the sector.”
