SAN DIEGO, March 18, 2026 – Arrowhead Programs today announces the launch of Arrowhead Professional, a practice group that unites the capabilities of seven offices across the U.S. and more than 125 underwriting, claims and operations specialists under a dedicated leader. Collectively, these teams managed over $175 million in gross written premium in 2025.
Following the recent introduction of Arrowhead Public Entity, this model unites specialization across disciplines to provide a streamlined access point to niche insurance programs, analytics and capabilities. Arrowhead Professional will focus on professional liability and related specialty solutions designed for industries where precision, specialization and risk mitigation are critical.
With 16+ complementary professional and executive liability coverage and product offerings, the practice group simplifies placement for brokers and ensures the right solutions are delivered quickly, efficiently and with minimal friction.

Arrowhead Professional is led by Stacy Paquet, who will oversee the strategic direction and operations alongside her existing leadership roles within Nexus Specialty and Nexus Reinsurance Programs. Paquet has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry across professional and management liability. She began her career as an attorney focused on coverage and advisory work, and has held key roles across claims, product management, underwriting and strategic program leadership. In 2019, she joined Nexus as part of its U.S. expansion and established the team’s financial and professional lines business. Innovation will remain a priority in Paquet’s expanded role with a focus on product development that fills gaps in the market across executive liability, cyber and professional liability.
